Since 1989, ClassRooms Around The World Pty Ltd has specialised in International Group Tours, Excursions and Programs. Our programs are not just for High School students.

Our designer tours, excursions and programs are not found in travel brochures. They are customised tours with educational components, themed as you wish, and costed to your budget. We are associated with licensed travel agents but work independently, and directly with our client groups.

We plan, structure, organise, direct and conduct incomparable travel, discovery and learning experiences around the world. We arrange all travel sectors.  We customise flight itineraries and airfares at the lowest available price.  We make all appropriate hotels bookings by contract, (we don’t do hostels & back packer accommodation). From our global network, we arrange transfers, transport schedules, admissions and reservations to your key tour components. specialist presenters. We organise and conduct your customised tours, classes, workshops with licensed guides, specialist presenters and professional  tutors and instructors.

Our tours also include meals, generally breakfasts and/or half board. All meals are inclusive of cost on cruise ship tour sectors.

Our most popular tour educational program areas are Performing Arts, Art, Literature and History. But if you have a theme we will crerate and design your tour and  program.

Our most popular destinations are the United States of America, England, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Greece and Mexico. We also use luxury cruise ships as an important and safe mode of travel and discovery. Our cruise tours (with specialist educational or themed tour presenters on board, if required) depart from Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, Port Canaveral, Tampa, San Juan, Barcelona and Athens for fabulous Mexico, Bahamas, Caribbean and Mediterannean destinations and locations. Group travel and costs make this experience affordable for all.

Quality, Safety, Welfare and in the case of student groups, Supervision, are significant priority factors in our planning for your customised tour.

Our tour costs and fees are based on the number  of participants in a tour group.  Our desired group tour number is about 50 members. Optimal group size to warrant group cost reductions is 30-40 persons.  Our largest tour group was 180 passengers. We can also customise tours for smaller groups but costs and commissions are numbers based, and proportionately higher. 

Our ground transport is soley for the use of ClassRooms Around The World groups so that all programs and itineraries can include sudden day to day variations, flexible program options, independent options, “ad hoc” sightseeing, shopping and entertainment components, as required.

Programs and Tours are customised for any Duration. Average Tours are 14-21 Days. Around The World Tours are of 21+ days duration.  We can design your tour for less days if you wish.

Using our associate travel agents, you may wish to extend your tour or deviate from the mainstream program or itinerary and rejoin the main group from other destinations. In doing so, extra cost may be incurred. It is also possible to exclude tour & travel sectors with a later departure or an earlier exit and return from a set itinerary, to reduce your tour cost. (You need to be accompanied and over 18 years. This works well with couples and families).

Our programs also integrate cultural and social interaction and engender student centred outcomes, particularly our performing arts programs.  If you have an international sister school that you would like to visit, we can arrange for you to do so.

Our programs and tours are structured so that each day is better than the day before. Each Day will include an Educational, Sightseeing, Shopping or Fun/Recreational Component.

Tour inclusion is on the basis of Deposits and Payments made by Due Dates, and in conjunction with TERMS and CONDITIONS  as they apply to "ClassRooms Around The World Pty Ltd Programs and Excursions".

Comprehensive Travel, Medical and Liability Insurance is mandatory for all ClassRooms Around The World Pty Ltd groups.
