GENERAL TOUR COSTS
Costs are subject to increase pending 2007 prices, seasonal rates, falling or increasing tour group numbers, and currency exchange rates.

Confirmed costs are on a contract basis and not all cost for April 2007 may be available until January 2007. Many costs still remain at current 2006 rates and fair estimates.

CATW P/L Tour Costs & Fees are generally based on a “Per Person” and “Tour Sector” costs. We also employ a “Global Budget” system and that annual and seasonal increases and external agent increases are possible without notice. Increases pre departure will be advised as required. Increases post departure may require the “Global Budget” system to be invoked, whereas some tour components may need to be cancelled and refundable amounts used to cover the cost of priority tour components subjected to on-tour increases.

UPGRADES
Basic Tour Cost is on a Quad Share Basis for Hotels & Cabins.
Tour members requesting a Single, Double /Twin or Triple Upgrade will incur an additional cost.
Please Note:  The Standard Room Configuration in the USA is for 2 Double Beds (with Rollaway Bed cost option, if required); max: 4 Persons/room. On Cruise Ships – 4 Individual Cabins. In Paris – 1 Double Bed and 2 x Upper & Lower Single Beds; max: 3 Students u/18 years or 4 Adults/Family members.
