KEY ITINERARY POINTS

• There is more in the itinerary than will be possible but it will allow all factions of the tour group to make preferences and choices.
• Options can be selected from this itinerary. Options can be added to this itinerary.
• The itinerary is a basic guide for groups, families and individuals. The itinerary has been written to accentuate the educational viability of the tour and relates primarily to the student group.
• The itinerary and airfare is based on a limit of 26,000 kilometres.
• Some itinerary sectors will remain unchanged. e.g. Italy. Some itinerary components/ sectors and options can change from day to day.
• Costing will be made on a Quad Share/ Interior Cabin Basis. Upgrading of accommodation can be arranged at additional cost.
• Options will need to be selected (and added) at the time of application and payment of initial deposits to assist the costing variations.
• Families and Adult groups are invited to undertake independent tours, sightseeing & shopping.
• Independent itineraries are not a part of CATW P/L arrangements and liabilities but every consideration can be given to rationalise transport, drop-off locations & pick up times from main group schedules.
• Alternative arrangements can be made in preference to a Host Stay or Cruise.
• Scheduled Shopping Excursions will be listed as an addition to the itinerary.
• Tour extensions before and after the MAIN Tour can be arranged. This option will not be available to unaccompanied students.
