Some Features and Conditions of the Tour

• This tour will be costed as a Mainstream Tour for Students Commencing 26th December 2007- 26th & 28th January 2008. These costs will be estimated at current rates and will include the cost of airfare and departure taxes.
• The tour will be costed on a “Global Budget” and Tour Sector basis ( whatever it takes to organise the group tour and each tour sector) and not necessarily on  per item/ per person tour components
• Additional flight sectors outside of the flight mileage allowance for Star Alliance carriers will be necessary at extra cost. e.g. Athens – Istanbul.
• Pre-tour and post tour extensions are available at additional cost.
• The tour can be shortened with a later departure and/or and earlier return.
• No side tours are permitted for students.
• Side tours are available for Teachers/Adults from Key City Destinations. These side tours are at additional costs and can be arranged via our associate Travel Agents, but not CATW P/L. Basically, Teachers/Adults can pick and choose whatever tour  sectors they like and add their own tour sectors. Own transport may be required in these circumstances.
• Side tours fall outside the liabilities and duty of care of CATW P/L.
• The logistics and viability of side tours to rejoin the mainstream tour can be discussed with CATW P/L.
• No side tour will compromise the organisation, itinerary and schedule of the mainstream tour.
• The Mainstream tour will include Breakfasts at all hotels, except New York.
• ½ Board – Lunch or Dinner will be an included cost in Greece.
• All meals on Cruise ships are an included cost.
• Teachers/Adults can choose what cost inclusions they will pre pay. e.g. Broadway Theatre, Disneyland, Museum Admissions…
